SPAM from TAYLOR and FRANCIS. It is time to send a pseudo-paper (bogus) to TAYLOR and FRANCIS. Maybe they will accept it.

"Taylor and Francis" publishing company send us COMMERCIAL SPAM every week.
I wonder why? These people damage their image with this continuous aggressive spam.
It is time to send a pseudo-paper (bogus) to TAYLOR and FRANCIS. Maybe they will accept it. Taking into account that IEEE has published already more than 85 fake bogus SCIgen papers and IEEE has removed 157 fake conference proceedings from IEEE Xplore ELibrary we can consider that Taylor and Francis has accepted more fake papers (SCIgen of course)

The annoying SPAM from Taylor and Francis was this:

Fake, Commercial and Tourist Conference from ASME. No Peer Review. Why does ASME send this aggressive Spam? Why don't they make peer review in the papers? Why don't they have quality control for their conferences? Why many sites and numerous blogs tag ASME conferences as fake and bogus?

The following SPAM was sent by ASME to millions of email addresses. A very aggresive SPAM.
They advertize first the HOTEL and the HOTEL Rates. This is unacceptable for a scientific conference.
They did not have peer review process, but review only on the Abstract. This is practically an unrefereed conference. ASME is well known society of Mechanical Engineers, but the ASME Conferences are held only for money. They are junk conferences. Many sites and many blogs protest for the bogus and fake ASME conferences. Why does ASME send this aggressive Spam? Why don't they make peer review in the papers? Why don't they have quality control for their conferences? Why many sites and numerous blogs tag ASME conferences as fake and bogus?

This is the ASME Fake, Commercial , Bogus and Tourist Conference's SPAM. With Red Fonts our own comments:

Fake and Bogus Review in Hindawi Publishing Corporation. Junk Hindawi Journals.

Some colleagues received this SPAM from HINDAWI. Actually HINDAWI Journals do not have any real review process. They have ON-OFF Review. Pass or Reject. If your paper has many mathematical equations and graphics, then HINDAWI Fake Journals will publish it immediately, but you will be called to pay a Publication Fee from 400 USD to 2000 USD. These Bogus Journals sent million of spam, junk email everyday. Avoid any relation with Hindawi. Do not serve as member in their fake committees. Actually, most of the members in their Editorial boards are without their knowledge. Do not review papers in these Fake and Bogus Journals. Another blog reporting Hindawi Fake Journals' Review is this http://netdriver.blogspot.com/2009/05/hindawi-is-complete-non-english-bogus.html

A sample of a Hindawi bogus email announcement is this:

I am writing to invite you to submit an article to Advances in Aerospace Engineering which is a fast track peer-reviewed journal for original research articles as well as review articles related to all aspects of industrial engineering. The average review time for the ISRN series of journals is 14 days from the point of submission until a final decision has been reached.

Have you ever seen a conference without Chairman, without Committee, without Reviewers, but with the Official Support and Sponsorship of IEEE?

Have you ever seen a conference without Chairman, without Committee, without Reviewers, but with the Official Support and Sponsorship of IEEE? If not, this is the case:
http://www.americancse.org/events/csci2014/publication
One more bogus IEEE Conference that is promoted by SPAM (what else?)

Do you want to find a conference that accepts everything? Do you want to pad your CV with a junk IEEE publication? If yes, then this is the appropriate conference
http://www.americancse.org/events/csci2014/publication

Therefore, we doubt if only 85 SCIgen (garbage) papers exist in IEEE Explore Data base
http://fakeconferences.blogspot.com/2013/08/85-computer-generated-papers-exist-in.html
We strongly believe that the number of SCIgen (garbage) papers in  IEEE Explore Digital Library are much higher. maybe more than 500.

"85 computer generated papers exist in IEEE Explore Data base. Check it yourself by reading the following research article by some French Scholars:

Does the SPAM decide who will be the next IEEE President? Enjoy the IEEE Spam-elections. Bogus Techniques in IEEE Elections. Shame IEEE. Shame IEEE Officers. Shame Vincenzo Piuri

Our Blog received this comment in http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=8638074899786655061&postID=6613519217857798926  and because it is absolutely true, we publish it

Does the SPAM decide who will be the next IEEE President? Enjoy the IEEE Spam-elections. Bogus Techniques in IEEE Elections. Shame IEEE. Shame IEEE Officers. Shame Vincenzo Piuri
Does the SPAM decide who will be the next IEEE President?  Our mailboxes are currently full of a new disgusting IEEE political SPAM.
Everyday, many SPAM campaigns from IEEE Candidates like Vincenzo Piuri and his fake and bogus techniques for the Chair of IEEE. (Chair of IEEE implies a lot of money from fake and bogus IEEE activities, like royalties from fake /  bogus conferences, kickbacks from IEEE Standards etc)
Why don't IEEE allow this kind of behaviours? Of course, we do not forget the hundreds of Computer-generated papers accepted in IEEE Data base.
This is the IEEE Elections SPAM sent by some Vincenzo Piuri, IEEE Fellow (...Spamllow).  Shame IEEE. Shame Vincenzo Piuri. This was the typical IEEE Spam
that we use to receive in multiple copies during the last two months:
 Dear Colleague,

I'd like to remind you of the election below ( http://www.ieee.org/elections ) which will close October 1, 2013, 17:00 UTC.

If you already voted for me, thank you!
If you have not voted yet, I'd like to ask to consider voting for me.

I'd also appreciate if you could help in spreading the voice and soliciting support from your colleagues, friends and graduate students (forwarding them my msg below).

Thank you!

ciao
Vin (Vincenzo Piuri, the best IEEE President)

P.S. Sorry for the double sending, just want to ensure first mail did not get lost in the summer pile :)
